Our book club is centered around the concept of any-book, any-interest — meaning your child can choose a book that excites them, whether it's a graphic novel, a classic chapter book, or a nonfiction topic they’re passionate about.

We will begin each session with a mentor text read aloud, during which children will be introduced to a reading skill to focus on for the week. Readers will then have a dedicated independent reading time to practice the skills modeled. 

We will end each week with a "hype" session where kids can get excited about reading each other's picks. This domino effect of enthusiasm helps spark new interests and encourages them to dive into even more books, creating a community of young readers who inspire and motivate each other.

Readers will be given “take-home” activities to encourage reading between sessions and will have the option to borrow books each week.
